Please note the following procedures for filing a claim with our various companies we represent.  For the best service, please fax all claims directly to Bolton & Company at 502.584.6131 so we can better service your claim.  However, please feel free to fax claims directly to the company on any after-hours claims or anything requiring urgent attention. Any claims for companies not listed need to be faxed directly to Bolton for our handling.

For all other claims an “Accord Loss Notice” should be faxed to Bolton at 502.584.6131 for handling.
